Annie Potts Is Back As Meemaw In Georgie & Mandys Young Sheldon Sequel Set Video
A new Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage video reveals Annie Potts’ return as Meemaw after Young Sheldon. Mary’s mother had been an integral part of the Cooper family’s story ever since they moved across her in Medford, Texas. Over time, however, CBS started giving the character her storylines, which were usually about her love life, and most recently, her experience running an illegal gambling den. At the end of Young Sheldon season 6, however, tragedy struck her when her house got demolished by the Medford tornado. Despite that, she became the primary support system for Mary in the final season.
